The Golden Temple at Tibet Camp, Bailu Koppa is another attraction in Coorg. This is located at a distance of about 6 kms from Kushalnagar in Coorg. Namdroling and Sera are the two Monastries which are named as Golden Temples of Tibetan Camp. Thousands of people visit this place of monks who silently sit and pray to the God Budha. The architecture of the Monastries are unique and a rare sight in southern India. One can see young monks sitting in front of huge statue of Lord Budha and chanting on the main foyer.
